Payment of Rent

New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Day After, Christmas Day (subject to change)

Mail Services

Federal Express and USPS mail services are located on the ground floor of the building.

Building Security

1960 offers 24/7 security services (subject to change).   Security console is located in the building’s main lobby.

Construction

1960 Building Rules and Regulations are available in the tenant handbook as well as the management office.

Delivery

Small deliveries not requiring carts may access at the ground level lobby during normal business hours.   Larger deliveries may be scheduled with the management office for loading dock and freight elevator use.

Elevator ( Freight)

Located near the loading doc.  Cab dimensions are 74 ½” wide by 64” deep and 109 ½” high with a maximum capacity of 4,000 pounds.

Elevators (Passengers)

There are five (5) passenger elevators providing service to the Building and two (2) passenger elevators in the parking structure.
