Parking Information

Each tenant is allocated a specific number of parking spaces as provided in the Lease. All tenants are billed on a monthly basis through an independent parking management company. Additional parking rights may be purchased subject to availability. Parking rates are subject to change from time to time.

It is also important to remember that our parking system has an “antipass-back” feature, which keeps track of your card and remembers each transaction.

When you enter the garage facility, you cannot re-enter until you have exited. Therefore, you must always use your card to enter or exit the parking structure, even if the gate arm is broken, inoperative or in the “up” position.

If this process is not followed, your parking access card will be “locked out” and will become inoperative. If this happens please notify the parking manager.

The Parking Garage Clearance is 6’9” and Handicap clearance is 6’4”. The parking facility at the Building is available for monthly parking 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We do not permit long-term or overnight storage of cars in the garage.

Vehicles parked overnight without the consent of the Management Office will be subject to a citation and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Landlord will not be responsible for any theft or damage.
